I am an art curator, writer and editor based in Bristol, UK, with a passion for telling stories and starting conversations through sharing words and images. I have worked for galleries and museums, artist studios and archives, as well as in publishing and academia, across the fields of art and design.

With experience in contemporary and twentieth century art, theatre, live art and curatorial studies, I am currently working as Exhibitions Producer for the Arnolfini (international centre for contemporary art in Bristol), alongside freelance projects. Previously I have worked with Centrespace GalleryJamaica Street Artists Studio, the RWA (Royal West of England Academy), the University of Bristol History of Art Department and the University of Bristol Theatre Collection, and have written contributing texts, features, essays and interviews for Routledge, art, art, art magazine, and Sansom and Co. (art publishers) amongst others.

My curatorial work has included projects for a variety of funders including the Arts Council of England, Wellcome Trust, the National Heritage Lottery Fund and the European Regional Development Fund, with individual funding from the Paul Mellon Centre for British Art (research support grant) the Art Fund (Jonathan Ruffer Curatorial Grant) and Arvon and Visual Arts South West (Critical Writing for Visual Art Bursary).

Alongside writing, curating and editing I am a co-founder of Art Bar Bristol a free artist talks' programme. You can find out more about the different projects I have worked on by taking a look here.
